Dude, dont be worried or anything... The exercise you were doing was turning the excess fat you had into muscle ( as it does ) and it is a well known fact that muscle weighs ALOT more than fat does.My advice would be to keep doing the exercise if you can because it will build you up and make you look stocky as hell ( which girls dig

... unless tehr small in which case you could break em... ) ANYWAY if you are too busey doo a few more hours or so at the weekend and don't worry if you mis a day or somthing cos its cool just dont eat anything unhealty if u can.But if you want to lose weight all togeather... keep eating with no exercise untill you get a bit below the weight u want to be and then start exercising

Jogging is awesome cos it trains up most of your body and espically your legs which are most important to me :)GOOD LUCK M8!
