Maybe you should try Weight Watchers. It's easy and a lot of people have success.

It doesn't matter what you weigh, your age, height, etc. What matters is your metabolism. That is, how your body utilizes your food.Does your body store your food for later (in good times where there's not much exercise being done and or when food is scarce)?Does your body put food into immediate use for immediate use (you do lots of exercise and it expects you to do more very soon)?So... the answer is:  exercise more, eat better (i.e. healthier), don't starve yourself (lowers your metabolism; teaching your body to make more fat), teach your body to not store food as fat, but to put into muscles for immediate use by exercising.

its easy! if u want to be for example- 120lbs you eat 1200 calories.-80lbs you eat 800calories. eat every 2-3 hours to speed up you metabolism and drink a least 2 litres of water . other option is the atkins diet were you only have 20grams of sugar per day - foods high in protien and fat , i lost 18pounds in 2 weeks and didnt exercise, the book is in asda for more info. good luck.
