No worries. Find heavy things to bring with you, or that will be available where you travel to, and lift them like weights. Go for a jog every now and then. Stretch.

There are many things you can do.  You can do push ups as much as you can.  That usually keeps your upper body in great shape.  There are also regular arm weight lifts you can do, just use something a little heavier that you have laying around. Such as water bottles etc.

Pushups, pushups with legs up on a chair will keep your chest and shoulders in great shape.  If you need more resistance, as a friend to rest their leg on your back, they should not push down, but just add that 20lbs the leg might way.Pushups are awesome as they work the entire upper body.  Grab your backpack and use it like a dumbbell to do curls and over head presses.Have a great trip and bring me back something will ya!Alhttp://phoenixbodystyling.blogspot.com/

press ups, sit ups, pull ups, stomach crunches, squat thrusts are all good exercise for building upper body strength and muscle tone and the great thing is you can do them anywhere so you can keep up your workouts while you are away from the gym as often as you like good luck hope this helps you out
