Without gaining a single pound?I'm 270lbs, 30% LBM, I've been running for 8 miles a day (treadmill) for the past 3 months (during that time, I was only taking in 1500), and I recently started lifting my weights again. I cut out my running routine to do so, so I should still only need my 1500 Calories a day. I'm no longer just trying to maintain my weight, I'm trying to gain (Hopefully muscle) weight. However, my Calorie needs have somehow jumped from 1500 to 4000 from my transition from running to weights, and I'm still not gaining any weight.I'm trying to GAIN weight :-|

well since your burning calories that makes you hungry so you replace them by doing it unhealthy. instead, try drinking a lot of water to curve your hunger and try a low calories snack such as special k and some fruit also grapefruit helps kick  your metabolism so you burn more =)
