everyday i run for like 30 mins in the morning and bike for like an hour in the afternoon...how long will it take me to lose weight??like in a month or so?

It really depends on how much you want to lose. But you will probably lose about 2 Ibs. a week.

at the rate you're working out, it sounds like you should already be seeing some results.   running works wonders on diets, but soon after you've been doing it for a while, your weight loss will plateau and will take longer to burn.  everyone is different, due to either slow or fast metabolism.  drink TONS of water, don't cheat with ultra fattening foods, and just stick to it.when i was trying to lose weight for prom back in highschool, i worked out for 30 minutes before bed, so i could just take a shower and hit the hay and not be tempted to engourge myself, and jogged for 30 minutes the next morning.  i lost approx. 15 lbs in 2 weeks.

You didnt put the weight on in a month did you? .. Just keep working and eating properly and it will happen.Actually loosing weight slow is better for your health and for the chance of keeping it off for the long term.
