how can i lose fat and gain muscle without feeling deprived?! what should be my biggest meal of the day? what should i eat? im 5'8 i weigh 127. dont need to lose weight. But I definately need to lose fat and tone!!! Im thin and untoned...need help!!

Breakfast or lunch should be your biggest meal of the day. Weight training will firm things up.More tips on the link.

Girl, we are the same height and going in total different directions, I am trying to loose  weight but I am not because I am lifting weights and it is helping me gain muscle weight which I dont want yet , so maybe you should try eating more and lifting weights more so you could turn that what would be fat ,if you didnt exercise , into muscle.

alright... your biggest meal of the day should be breakfast, because no matter what you eat, it WILL be burned off by the end of the day. basically, eat a lot of proteins. proteins are a big one. you can get those from meats, fish, protein shakes and specialty bars. you should also eat a LOT of greeen vegetables and olive oil. for the exercise, work on a lot of muscle machines, or do various squats, situps, lunges, and even though you are thin, you should still do some cardio, even if it is just soimething like an ellyptical, which is really GOOD for building muscle in the buttox and legs area!hope i could help Smiley

I think you should eat more like 1200 calories and workout alot...like jogging and etc. Jogging and walking is a GREAT whole body toner. Try to jog and walk 5 days a week.
