I like to eat crackers a lot. I eat them with tuna, on my chili, with peanut butter, places like those. I also like to eat healthy. I am eating the whole wheat ritz crackers. Can anyone recommend some healthier crackers? I do not care if they do not taste the best in the world, it is health that I am after. Thank you very much.

Those are all healthy snacks. You can cut some of the sat fat by buying reduced fat. We eat Ritz in our house. I get the regular ones cuz the  reduced fat is not that much different. BTW-add some fruit to those snacks and you will be on the healthy track Smiley

Kashi TLC and WASA crackers are very healthy. Kashi tastes really good (in my opinion). WASA crackers are kind of dry, but they are very good for you. Smiley

I have to watch my carbs so i look for low carb crackers.  I recently found a product at Trader Joe's that seems to work for me.  These are "Organic Mini Cheese Sandwich Crackers".  The nutrition facts lists 13 of these mini crackers having 140 calories and only 16 grams of carbohydrates.  Another suggestion is rice cakes.  You can find many brands of these and they too are low are calories, carbs and fats.  And the best part is that you can put some fruit, cheese, or low calorie spread and have a pretty tasty snack without blowing your diet.
