My roommate just sits around and eats random things like a bowl of progresso italian breadcrumbs. What do you think? Healthy? yay or nay?

There's nothing wrong with that actually, I guess those can be a snack but, your roomate can sprinkle those over a salad or something an make them much more interesting!

i eat croutons for a snack... breadcrumbs are basically the same thing except theyre ground up. theyre not exactly "healthy" but it's better than eating a bag of chips or icecream for a snack.
