I'm trying to lose weight and get in shape lately and I'm doing good with the excercise part however, I find that I'll go a couple days eating healthy and in good portions and then I'll have one or two days when all I want to do is eat and I take in tons of calories in bread, sweets and salty junk foods.  I end up counteracting any weight loss progress I have made. Any suggestions for having better self control so I avoid these bad days?

This is what I do and it seems to work give yourself a cheat day once a week like Saturday. This gives you something to work towards so everyday other than Saturday you have to stay strict on your diet. However, looking forward to those good meals on Saturday keeps you motivated and on track.Brent MesserExercise Science DegreeCertified Personal Trainer NSCA-CPTSports Performance Coach USA-Whttp://www.fitnessweightlossandhealthblog.com/blog/
