I eat small healthy meals about 5 times a day. I stopped drinking coffee, sodas and juices and switched to water, I don't eat after 8 pm and I exercise. I rollerblade and jog and walk my dogs several times a day & I don't know why I'm not losing weight. Its been months. I'm the same pant size I was 6 months ago and even though I do cardio regularly but I don't even see my muscles getting toned. I hate pills and all those fast weight loss scams. I don't have the $$ for weight watchers or anything like that. I thought eating right and exercising would help me drop weight but I haven't lost one pound or pant size in the last 3 months. What am I doing wrong?

you might be at your body's health weight. you could try eating more fiber in your meals. switch up your exercising and try looking at books at your local library. you can also check out weight watchers website for free at http://www.weightwatchers.com/index.aspx

Are you sure you've really cut back on your intake? You may inadvertently be consuming more than you think. If you're spending the same on food, chances are you're still consuming the same, and it's not just enough to switch to healthier foods. You have to pay attention to the actual quantity you eat as well. If you eat less, you have to lose weight. That's simple physics. Try cutting size of your meals down to 90 percent, or even down to 85.

Sometimes...it's already our fate to be how we are. There's such a thing as metabolism. If your metabolism is built in such a way that you have to be your weight now, whatever you do, you won't be able to get rid of unwanted weight.

Chances are you've hit a plateau. The key to successful adaption to exercise is periodisation. Training and eating the same all the time causes your body to get used to its current stresses. By changing it once in a while you can literally shock you body into adapting. A typical sports coach would recommend to their athletes training lightly for a week then progressively harder for 2 weeks then a high volume low intensity week at the end of the cycle. If you can part with a little cash and buy yourself some casein protein that would be good. You usually make it into a shake and drink it before bed. This helps keep your metabolism running (consider that your literally fasting for 7-9 hours if youdont have anything). How hard are you training with cardio? Training too hard targets your cardiovascular system, train at about 50-60% of your max and you target fat stores.I would also recommend doing weights or some form of resistance exercise. Don't worry, you wont get bulky. A whle body exercise program done 3 times a week is good, high reps (12-15) for around 2-3 sets. How small are the meals you're having? If your not eating enough then you wont see the results you want. Muscle tone comes from the burning of fat whilst retaining muscle. Eating too little cause muscle atrophy (loss). Eat too much and the excess calories are stored as body fat.Its good to see that your taking the healthy approach to health. Stick with it, set yourself small manageable goals and dont wear yourself out.Hope you managed to get to this point without falling asleep.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at http://they-fit.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://health-lean.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
