Not so great January 6, 2009
THis is the worst Tae Bo video I've seen and here's why: A. To actually do half the video, you need to have at least 15 feet of open living room space, and who has a living room with no furniture? B. The music is terrible. It is essentially songs that the producers or Billy wrote sung by a machine to a beat background. The lyrics are also all about God and Jesus. Not into that during my workout, but maybe you are. C. The combos are silly and the workout isn't hard. Save your money and pick one of the other videos.

Best for when you don't want to do a tough workout December 17, 2008
I work out using Taebo 6 days a week, taking off Sundays. I have 9 of Billy's DVD's and I would put this DVD in the same category as the Rockin Abs and a few other easy ones. I will use it to ease into the week, but not when I want a really good workout. I had difficulty in working up a sweat the first time I did it. This I found, was my fault. After doing the workout I noticed that the room temperature was set at 72 degrees. The next day I did it when the room was at 80, and I was able to get a slight layer of sweat. OK, I was glistening. The third day I took it up to 85, and I feel that this is the best for a good sweat. Now -- for you sarcastic people out there that are saying to yourself "I could do the same thing in a sauna", yes, But you would not be getting any cardio benefits in the sauna. Hummm - well for us girls, if we were sharing the sauna with Brad Pitt we could get the cardio as well. Now that would be a real Celebrity workout, and I would gladly do that one all 7 days a week.

Fantastic!! December 10, 2008
I just started this product yesterday, and lemme tell you, it kicks my @$$ !!!! i realize this is graphic, but afterwards,I could have wrung my tshirt out with the amount of sweat :) i love that kind of workout. high-impact, the kind that you know makes you work.

Two drawbacks, there is this woman to Billy's right hand side that gets extremely annoying. She keeps shouting... and i felt like i wanted to kick her to make her quiet.

ALSO

a couple of the combinations he does towards the end are a little challenging to keep up with, but im sure with the more that you do it, the better you will get.

Overall, this is a fantastic exercise dvd for those who like to kick some butt and sweat hard!! :-D

Great Tae Bo workout! A bit different June 6, 2008
I have several of the tae bo workouts since I really enjoy the series. The celebrity fit series is one of my favortie "mini series" of tae bo. I like the fact that you aren't bothered with bands or his "accelerator bar" and do the moves on your own (and get some good cardio and strength trainig). There are some different combinations in this workout along with Billy's signature ones that occur in other DVDs. It's overall a bit different from many of the other DVDs and I would definitely recommend it if you're a tae bo lover or want to try out the style.

This dvd is the most fun and energetic one that I have of the Taebo collection. I love the music Billy uses and the energy of the group...they are really into the coordination moves too! You don't feel like you're really workout out laboriously in this one; and that helps you stay with it longer. Billy does some weird stuff that will really make you laugh. Shelly too! The workout moves are awesome. He had alot of new things added to the usual routines that I liked from this one. I wish he would market more workout dvds like it. His energy and encouragment really helps you stay in the workout! I don't see what it has to do with celebrities though!:o)
