I bought similar product from Sports Authourity and had to return and got this one. It is simply the best. It is long and well crafted. The tip is perfectly flat so that your palm sits right on the tip making workout easier than ever. Priced right too.

This is a thick high quality 36 inch rope. I use it for triceps, cable crunches and low pulley row to neck.
