So going from yeasterday’s meal plan, I decided to pay more attention to what I am eating in a day. and try to cut back a little bit more. We will see how things go.
1-1/2 cup cereal – 240
1 cup whole milk – 150
3 Tbsp peanut butter – 285
1 apple
3 cups 100% fruit juice – 360
2 bowls of salad with raw veggies
8 olives
2 Tbsp bacon pieces – 50
4 Tbsp dressing – 160
1/3 pound spaghetti
3/4 cup sauce
8 meatballs
4 pieces cheese & garlic bread
5 Tbsp grated cheese – 100
