September 13, 2006 Food Diary

So going from yeasterday’s meal plan, I decided to pay more attention to what I am eating in a day. and try to cut back a little bit more. We will see how things go.

1-1/2 cup cereal - 240
1 cup whole milk - 150
3 Tbsp peanut butter - 285
1 apple
3 cups 100% fruit juice - 360

2 bowls of salad with raw veggies
8 olives
2 Tbsp bacon pieces - 50
4 Tbsp dressing - 160
1/3 pound spaghetti
3/4 cup sauce
8 meatballs
4 pieces cheese & garlic bread
5 Tbsp grated cheese - 100
