September 12, 2006 Food Diary
So begins my meal tracking. I will be posting a list of what I ate each day and the calorie count for the foods I have a calorie count for. This isn’t fully measured and down to being scientific. Some things are estimated and some amounts are just generalized. But it will be a complete list of anything and everything I ate during the course of a day. The only thing left out is water.
1-1/2 Cup cereal
1 cup whole milk
2 apples
6 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 pear
2-1/2 lb. steak
2/3 cup catsup
2 rolls
10 Large Onion rings
6 steak fries
2 8oz. glasses of Orange juice
1 Can mixed fruit
